Usually it won't take more than three weeks for your order to be delivered.
Estimated time of delivery:

- "Courier Trackable" is 5-7 days (not including delays caused by US Customs ***). This kind of shipping could be tracked by recepient.

- "Usual Air Mail" is 10-21 days. This kind of shipping does not allow any tracking by recepient.

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive the email confirming your order details.
Your order would be shipped during next 24 hours, but not later than 3 business days, after the date of purchase. You will receive the notification e-mail informing that your product has left our shipping facility. Please save this e-mail because in the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within three weeks, you can reply to the e-mail or contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Please note for "Courier Trackable" delivery method: number to track your order would be provided in separate letter right after we'd have it back from shipping facility - usually it takes 1-3 business days after the shipping date to obtain it.

We do guarantee the delivery of your order. We will reship it with no extra fees if you won't get it during 21 days after the date showed at the shipping confirmation email (shipping date). The date your product was shipped at could be also verified here
